This statement explains why the federal record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to LuvsOne.
LuvsOne does not produce explicit content
LuvsOne is an independent directory and evaluation tool. We do not produce, create, host or distribute any sexually explicit visual content. The imagery on the site is limited to non-explicit, publicly available profile material (creator avatars, banners and public social-media images) curated from public sources.
Where records are held
Any actual sexually explicit content lives behind the paywall on the originating platform (OnlyFans, Fansly and similar). The producers of that content and those platforms are the custodians of any records required under §2257, not LuvsOne. We link to those platforms; we never reproduce their paywalled content.
All creators are adults
LuvsOne lists only creators who represent themselves as adults aged 18 or over on platforms that require age and identity verification before a creator can publish or earn. We have zero tolerance for any content involving minors: see our child-safety policy.
