LuvsOne respects intellectual-property rights. If you believe material on the site infringes a copyright you own or control, this page explains where our media comes from and how to file a notice.
Where our media comes from
Creator imagery on LuvsOne is curated exclusively from public sources: a creator's own public social profiles (Instagram, X) and the public, pre-paywall OnlyFans profile imagery (avatar and banner). We sync that public imagery to our own storage, optimise it, and add an attribution watermark and copyright metadata. We never copy, purchase or republish paywalled, subscriber-only or pay-per-view content. The "past looks" shown on a profile are simply avatars and banners that were the creator's public profile imagery at an earlier time.
What we host vs. link to
We host curated public imagery plus our own computed material: the LUVS Score, DNA taxonomy and written summaries. We link out to creator platforms through a rel="nofollow noopener" redirect on our own domain, with no affiliate program and no commission. Our scores, taxonomy, summaries and compiled database are our own intellectual property.
Creators: the fast path
If it's your own profile and you want imagery, or the whole listing, gone, the quickest route is the removal request, no formal notice needed, and most requests are handled within 48 hours.
Filing a notice
Open the copyright lane on our contact form and include:
- A description of the copyrighted work, with proof you own or control it.
- The URL on LuvsOne where the material appears.
- Your contact details (name, email, address).
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can file a counter-notice through the same form with full details and a sworn statement.
Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who repeatedly infringes intellectual-property rights.
