LuvsOne is an independent directory and decision tool for OnlyFans, Fansly and similar adult creator platforms. We turn public creator data into transparent evaluation (the LUVS Score, DNA taxonomy, price intelligence and related insights) and let fans save, compare and get alerts. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and the control you have over it. It covers three groups: visitors, fans with an account, and creators we list.
Who we are
We are the data controller for LuvsOne. We are not OnlyFans, Fansly or any creator platform, and we have no affiliate or commercial relationship with them, see our terms and methodology.
What we collect
Public creator data
- Handle, display name and public bio, as published on the creator's platform.
- Public counts and pricing: posts, photos, videos, likes, the published subscription price and any promos.
- Public activity signals (an "online now" / last-seen state) and public social links.
- Public, pre-paywall profile imagery (avatar, banner) and public social images. Never anything from behind a paywall.
Data we compute
- The LUVS Score and its subscores, market rankings and the "reality check" verdict.
- DNA taxonomy (style, content, look, location) and a short, visitor-facing summary, generated by AI from public data. Internal reasoning is never published.
Account data: fans and creators
- If you sign up as a fan: your email, a hashed password, an optional display name, your plan tier, your watchlist (saved creators) and price alerts (including the optional email you attach to an alert) plus interface preferences such as your theme.
- If you claim a profile as a creator: your handle, a contact email, and the one-time code we use to confirm you control the account; once verified, the listing edits you make.
- If you contact us or request removal: the details you submit through the contact form or the removal request.
Analytics
Aggregate, cookieless traffic measurement with no personal identifiers: no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, no data brokers. See our cookie policy for the full list.
How we use it
- To build the public directory: listings, hubs, leaderboards, profiles and the decision tools.
- To operate the account features you opt into: watchlist, price-drop alerts and preferences.
- To verify and service creator claims, and to act on removal, privacy and abuse requests.
- To keep the site safe and working: prevent abuse, debug issues, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent or share personal data with advertisers, and we run no ad network. A small number of processors (hosting, media storage, and the AI services that classify public profiles) handle data on our behalf under contract.
Legal bases (GDPR)
- Legitimate interest: operating a directory of public information and the computed analysis built on it.
- Consent: optional account features such as alerts, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Legal obligation: responding to lawful requests and safety reports.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request. Public listing data is refreshed continuously and removed when a creator is taken down. We may keep a minimal record of a removal or safety report for as long as needed to honour it and to comply with the law.
Security
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, media and data sit on access-controlled storage, and transfers are encrypted in transit. No system is perfect, but we keep the personal data we hold to the minimum the features actually need.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and CCPA you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Creators can take control of a listing via /claim or have it removed via /remove. For anything else, use the privacy lane on our contact form. We respond within 30 days. Children
LuvsOne is for adults aged 18 or over and lists only adult creators from platforms that verify age and identity. We have zero tolerance for any content involving minors, see our child-safety policy.
