Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (and equivalent laws such as the UK GDPR and California's CCPA) you have specific rights over the personal data we process about you. This page explains those rights and how to use them.
Most of what appears on a creator listing is public information drawn from the creator's own platform. The personal data tied to an individual is mainly account data (for fans) and claim or contact data (for creators). Either way, the rights below apply.
Your rights
- Access: a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure: delete your data (the "right to be forgotten").
- Restriction: pause our processing while a request is resolved.
- Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Object: to processing based on our legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent: for anything you opted into, such as alerts, at any time.
The LUVS Score and DNA tags are computed evaluations of public creator profiles, not automated decisions that produce legal effects about you as a visitor.
How to exercise them
Creators can self-serve: take control of a listing via /claim, or erase it via /remove. For any other right, use the privacy lane on our contact form. We may ask a question or two to confirm your identity, and we respond within 30 days as required.
Lawful bases & complaints
The legal bases we rely on are listed in our privacy policy. If you believe we've mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority, though we'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
